The Vietnam international tourism expo celebrated in Hanoi
Visitors staying in Hanoi will have chance to partake in a global tourism fair, which is planned to take place at Hanoi’s Vietnam Exhibition Fair Centre and sees the attendance of 450 domestic and international tourism companies from April 3rd to April 6th, 2014.
The Vietnam Tourism Association, the Vietnam National Administration of Tourism, and the Hanoi Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism are in charge of organizing the 2nd Vietnam International Travel Mart (VITM 2014), which is expected to welcome 50,000 attendees, announced the Voice of Vietnam Radio Station.
Under the theme “Tourism Promotion: New Destination, New Opportunity and Travelling for Sustainable Development”, the fair will include domestic along with as well as inbound and outbound international tourism.
According to Deputy Chairman of the Association, Vu The Binh, the global tourism fair 2014 offers a platform to promote new Vietnamese travel destinations in the northwest and northeast regions, the Mekong Delta and the Central Highlands.
